He is the man who is known for his excellence as a team leader. Being in Indian Navy for 15 years, he follows the principle of integrity and discipline. His experiences as the principal and the Joint Director of Bharti Vidyapeeth College have showed his skills in leading and guiding a particular institution. Also, awarded, the Samaj Shree Award by the Govt. of India and Gaurav Seva Puruskar by Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute. His strong skills of Executing, Leading and Emphasis on team work makes him a pioneer in development of SQUAD.
