Course Access: Access to online modules, live sessions, or classroom training is granted only to registered students. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

All fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed-upon installment plan before the commencement of the course.

Payments are processed through secure channels. Coder Technologies is not responsible for any technical failures during third-party payment processing.

4. Placement Assistance
While Coder Technologies is dedicated to your career success, please note the following:

Assistance, Not Guarantee: We provide comprehensive placement support, including resume building, mock interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring partners. However, we do not guarantee a job offer, as hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

Criteria: To qualify for placement assistance, students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% and successfully complete all assignments and internal assessments.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided—including course modules, videos, code snippets, projects, and study materials—is the intellectual property of Coder Technologies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
